Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of payment for monthly plans and within 30 days for annual plans, provided you have not extensively used premium features.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@nichesite.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible requests within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Domain registration fees, one-time setup fees, and customization services are non-refundable. Free plan usage is not eligible for refunds.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Account Status After Refund

After a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your websites and data will be retained but premium features will be disabled.
