By accessing or using NicheSite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Email verification is required.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NicheSite for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are subject to admin approval. Access to premium features is granted upon payment confirmation.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create on NicheSite. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as part of the service.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
NicheSite is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
